Magneto's Sp3, Where's the Damage?!

I am trying to complete my Act 7.1 exploration. While in 7.1.5, I tried going down the lifecycle path and noticed Magneto's Sp3 damage is severely missing against the robot champs. Was there a nerd I'm not aware of. If not, Kabam please look into this.

No. In the first video with G2099, she should have not survived that SP3. Shes tech and he had 40 some prowless. The SP3 applies the armor break during the SP3 but there isn't any way OP should have been doing the damage on they were on G2099. He threw it while lifecycle was off. Nothing on that path should have caused the reduced damage.

I just tried this with my R3 6* Magneto. I can confirm that his SP3 is not working like it's supposed to. It's doing little damage even with LC off.

i see the lifecycle off and prowess over 40... this is not right.
