Which cosmic to max out?

I haven’t the best luck pulling cosmic champs until as of late. Recently pulled hyp, Medusa, venom, CMM, 6* Angela. And it wasn’t too long ago that I pulled Corvus. So now I don’t know who to max out first. If it helps, I’m cavalier but that’s about it. Haven’t explored act 6 and haven’t even touched act 7. Thanks for any advice!

Forgot to mention, I DO have a cosmic awakening gem for the unawakened options.
