VERY active player looking for VERY active alliance

Heya, I've been playing this game for about 3 months now, TBHR of 46K (4* voodoo and 4* hyperion, i know, super lucky for a new player)
I play for hours every day, I'm currently in an alliance that does AQ 32221 and AWs whenever they are up, but leadership is a shitshow and I need a change of scenery.
Looking for an active alliance that does the same, or more. I am growing quickly, I participate in every alliance event to get those sweet sweet rewards.
Prefer to stick to an alliance that uses Discord, since it's a far superior app to groupme/line/whatever other messaging app is the flavor of the week
