I had a first run at Labyrinth of legend yesterday and i notice my Guillotine 2099’s instant KO at 5% or below with special 3 didn’t work, like multiple times. I want to ask is this a bug or a nerf or maybe the node? Thanks..

    Like Blackshadow0203 said, it's due to the damage cap. G2099's sp3 can't bypass stuff like Safeguard.
