Fury’s Life Model Decoy triggering my first fight

Fury’s Life Model Decoy is triggering on his very first fight. This has now happened to me in the side event and EQ. Has anyone else seen this?

    I am having the same issue. When will this be fixed it costs me revives when I don’t have his signature ability to rely on

    I had not had this issue until after they reverted Hood buff. Earlier today it was fine but first fight in AQ after changes NF started fight in second life. Cost a revive as of course it was against a void with cascading failure.

    I fixed it by force closing during fight and it restarted normal. It hasn’t happened again since I did that.

    Having same issue in new monthly eq.
