Error in side quest

unfortunately I still have a flawed side mission. Only tier 1 and tier 2 are still available. You wrote that it has already been fixed, but unfortunately I still don't have the right one. When will it be repaired?

    Well, u have to buy t1 to t5 caskets before u can access tier 6 quest. And compensation for what? They fixed it right

    how about. it doesn't work yet because it's solved nicely 😂. an official kabamos guy wrote about the compensation, it's not just a pen, but I didn't get it either ...

    If you never bought any of the Caskets, then you were never affected by the problem whereby they issued compensation (which was only an extra feather anyways).

    Read the original Bifrost Announcement thread, you increase the available Tier quests that you can run by buying more Caskets from the Store.

    Go back into the game and buy all the caskets. If it still doesn’t work file a support ticket.

    I believe you only are given the Uru to buy caskets 1-5 if you are Uncollected or higher, so if you weren't there, you wouldn't receive any Uru to start. You earn it by playing the highest tier available to you until you buy the next casket, which makes the next tier available then.
