How would you design a boss rush fight?

In the spirit of boss rushes, I always have an appreciation for how the creators are able to piece together nodes to make a fight challenging, but also manageable. If you were in their shoes, what nodes would you put on your favorite champion, and why (this question is probably very repetitive to other things on the forum but I still wanted to ask it)?
This would be mine:
Champion: Mojo
Nodes: High Energy Diet, Special Connoisseur, Power Shield, 50% improved power gain
Reasoning: I would want to make a Mojo fight where you want buffs, but I didn't want to make it ridiculously hard. High energy diet would also prevent the use of Human Torch. The idea behind countering this fight would be managing the anti-life field with champions like Magneto, using the CAIW mutant synergy since it is an indefinite buff, or just quaking it (although the improved power gain might make it difficult). Power shield ensures that while there is a challenge, it doesn't drag on too long either.
