Played when it came out back in 2014. But I just dipped in and out for awhile. Didn't really put much time and effort in. Then didn't played it at all for a year or so. But then picked it up again (had to start from scatch as I couldn't remember the Google account my first game was linked to) It's only really been the couple of years that I've really gotten into it and play it daily.
I did the same as you but a year earlier. I started in 2016 and then stopped a few months after. I picked the game back up in fall of 2019 then quit again two or three months later. And now I’ve been back since July 2020 and have no plans on leaving anytime soon.
Got a account visiting some friends in Indiana back in 2015 and grinded for a whole 5 days. deleted it after cuz I was trash. I think the best I got was 3* Hulk buster out of a premium and I was ecstatic.

I did 100% exploration of Act 1 and 2, spent a lot of time doing EQs and SQs and did 1 route through Act 3 after the progression-based calendars came in and in between them I've 100% Ultron's Assault on Classic and then 1 route through the other Back Issues on Classic. I play for, like, an hour a day, that's all. I have other things I do with my time, like playing Angry Birds 2 and watching TV and caring for my mum who has Parkinson's which takes a lot of my day.

I remember it being the eq where lockjaw was on the banner and I thought you could get him as a playable character lol.
I've taken 2 breaks in-between that span around a year.
