Side quest confusion

Hello sir. As you know this month's side quest was confusing when starts. So I made a mistake and play tier 1 1st day as I thought by playing it maybe I unlock next. So now I have only 3 bars but I should have 5 of them so I can buy next from store after playing 7 time tire 8. What to do now please take a look at attached picture.

Tier 9 gives 11. You'll be fine
