Kang's Special 2 Stun Duration

Is this a bug? the 2 second stun from Kang's special 2 always seems to run out by the end of the special animation??

    Its made so that the opponent wont evade his special.

    Kang was released at a time when specials didn't automatically "stun" for their duration. His stun was necessary, because it would otherwise have been impossible to land the second hit, the opponent could just block. Relic from an older time and could be reworked and removed

    I believe there was a time when you could parry-stun the opponent mid-special or something and this could counter that.

    The excuse was that rendering champs back to a stunned state out of specials was too difficult.

    But champs who stun midspecial do that on Stunning Reflection and Window of Opportunity, as well as Red Guardian's shield breaking, so...

    Ah, thanks for the explanations. Would be nice if they extended the stun to include just after the special ends. Since it's not as if Kang is overpowered. Haha
