Cant see global chat at all (New Account)

I barely made my account on this phone yesterday, and I cant access global chat or even see it. Any ideas?

    I'm not sure, I'm level 6 right now so I'd imagine I can? I honestly don't remember cause I made a new account cause I have another phone.

    Go to setup page... where you login and logout and likely how you got to Forums.

    There are options for chat... Global is among them.

    Make sure there is a checkmark in Global.

    If that doesn't work then IDK.

    Have you gave your account a name? I know you have to do that before you can use global and you might have to pass the first few levels of story but I'm not sure about that.

    I did give my account a name and I beat the first chapter of the story, and I still can't. Still confused.

    Yeah, then I'm stumped because all my settings are correct, and I'm level 6 yet I still can't see it.

    Honestly, you won't need global chat. Just a bunch of kids cussing each other out. You can find alliance to join through the forum thread.

    Turns out it was just an IOS update I needed, thanks for all the help anyways guys 👍
