Boss Rush 6* Shards not allocated to my Crystal

Hi everyone,

I have recently today been able to find the time to complete the boss rush event. Up until today I haven't completed it before although I did try when it first came out and quit at Tigra (just to try out the nodes).

Like I say today I completed it and I received my 5* crystal with the female champion's but I did not get the 6* shards.

The reason I know this is because I have been opening the 6* featured and I was on just over 12000 6* shards for the last week or so. Therefore I knew by completing the bosh rush I would get the extra 3k 6* shards required to open the featured 6* crystal.

Upon completion of the boss rush I went to open the 6* straight away to find that my 6* shards count has not changed. I l went back to the quest and noted that the 6* shards were no longer on the path and that when you click on the section to see what the rewards are that you can get for the quest it says I have already obtained the 4 lots of 750 6* shards.

That is not true, they haven't been allocated to me. Can anyone help me with regards to this, has anyone experienced anything similar? I very rarely have any issues with this game and have been playing it for the best part of around 5 years.

    Hi Zan0, How can you get the shards without completing the quest? I didn't complete the quest because I quit before completion. If that is the case then Kabam is practically giving everyone 3k 6* shards for free because if what you say is true then you don't need to complete the quest and beat the final boss to obtain them, surely that is incorrect?

    Yes it is correct. You already collected the 6 stars shards in your previous runs. You don't have to finish the mission to get them, they go directly into your inventory

    Ahh okay EinfachSo and Zan0, I wasn't aware that Kabam were doing that. Good of them to be generous. My mistake for not realising that I received the rewards when I tried it out initially to have a look at the nodes. Thank you for your contributions and support. Much appreciated. :smile:
