His L1 has 100% ability accuracy in its description but the arrow does not trigger bleed every time. It says in a separate line that heal block triggers 100% separate from the ability accuracy boost. What gives?

    Bleed chance +100% ability accuracy is still not enough to apply bleed 100% of the times

    25% + 100% equals less than 100%... only Kabam can do math like that!

    Your point is that bleed chance (25% normally) is doubled (25% x 2 = 50% bleed chance). It’s easier to spell it out... not everyone is a wannabe mod that continues to leave players in the dark
