    Yes it is intended, this was changed last update to specify psychic attacks can hit ghost

    Yeah, that's true. But Kabam is making people counter Miss more which is decreasing Ghosts' value. *Looks back at Daredevil counters miss notice*. I had used a Ghost for Variant 6.3.1 Daredevil HK but now she doesn't work.
