Just ranked up my 5* sentinel, trying to complete chap 1 of var 3 hope to get rank up for rank 3 colossus. But the stun immune path is ridiculous (u bound to lose sentinel or one champ on htd (if lucky he gets regen if not thunderquack occurs) and u cant stun him so u just eat the thunderquack. I will try with 6* guilly and punisher after aq and aw, but how am i supposed to get pass htd, modok the stupid specials spam and auto block and korg??? Plz advise me thanks

I got passed it with guillotine 2099.

Also what phone are you using? Love that aspect ratio of fitting 7 champs across the screen.

Rog 2, i thought all phones have the 7 champs display? 😂

Is this a troll post!?!? you've got a 5/65 magneto... htd, ultron, modok and cable are all #metal champs... he'll eat them alive... he can also handle that korg, since his attacks are all energy based...

Do you know how difficult it is to use Mags against Stun Immune?
It isn't .. he hits quite hard by just doing normal hits ... don't just focus on prowess, he has a lot of other things in his kit
    Fair Enough.

    Options:
    - mags: long fight but definetly doable
    - Caiw: bring skill champ to shrug of thunderquack
    - Aa: if you can stack some neurotoxins up
    - Nick: he can die to the first thunderquack, and then if you don't get it again you'll be fine

well, I have a 5/65 and rank 3 6* magneto and while it is correct, that it's easier to ramp his damage if you're able to stun your opponent, he's still very much usable and effective against any stun immune #metal champ... especially against htd, ultron and modok because you can punish their heavies... He'll also straight up prevent their abilities from triggering... So anyone saying that Magneto won't roll over those fights either has never played the champ.

Caiw and aegon might be my option, thank you for sharing

U can use aegon for the path except korg for whom u can use doom...with the reduced attack u can build up aegon quite nicely and then he can handle the fights...another option for htd could be cap with skill synergy(if he is sig 200)

Block bait heavies and then heavy counter. You have to know the spacing for champs. This is how I fight IMIW with Mags.

I used ghost/Sentinel most likely myself but this was a far enough back I can’t remember.

I mean just the obvious but since this post seems so focused on the thunderquack then Why not just use a couple revives if you get bad luck. Also he is early enough you can take a couple runs and see if you get lucky or get him down enough to just use one. It’s ok to not one shot a whole path if you can’t. Revives are fairly prevalent in the game as well.

It’s a doable path to one shot but but shouldn’t take that many revives if your biggest concern is that thunderquack.

Thefights are pretty straightforward fights as well. Push to desired special whenever you can, avoid annoying mechanic(modok=autoblock, ultron=evade etc).Yes some block damage on specials and work around the mechanic but If you are having such a hard time here and don’t get any great suggestion you can do I would save up some revives pop a couple boosts and power through.

If i have plenty of units of course I'd do it. I just think these could be done with minimal revives (tho i dont have one 😂) i never mean to one shot the content, rather I want to get the gem to possibly rank up my colossus
