    No the featured has never had anything to do with buffs its down to whats on kabams list they make of buffs

    The trend with featureds is that the featured includes champs that were previously buffed since the last release of one. Not a prediction kinda thing.

    Yep it did predict. We will need to watch the next featured.
    Kinda predicted. This wasnt the case for the past featureds though, so idk what to think.

    It's probably not predictive per se, as in intentionally adding upcoming buffs into the featured, but there are so many buffs coming each month there is bound to be some overlap.

    Rogue, however, is a perfectly fine champ who needs no real buffs beyond buff steal time. Her downside is being Mutant.
    Rogue is awesome as is.
