Falcon and Thorn Damage Bug?

I’m on 6.3.2 and I’ve been using Falcon for Thorns reduction. However, I’ve gotten to Antman and now I’m taking damage for some reason - does anybody know why? I reset the game and I’ll revive Quake if necessary but I just didn’t know if this was some bug.

    If you have guardian, he’s amazing for thorns paths. I don’t know what other nodes are there though.

    Guardian counters thorns? I didn't know that. What allows him to counter it?

    My bad. I was thinking about spiked armor. Guardian won’t work for thorns
