    Node Removal from Alliance Events or Achievements. Arenas especially Summoner Trials and Sunday's arenas for Premiums and other stuff. For higher stuff do higher arenas. Completing and exploring any quest does also help as well. I say arenas is fast and fun at the same time.

    Arena milestones give decemt amount of PHC shards.

    Arena's. Faster to hit milestones if you use power boosts and other arena boosts, then refresh your top characters- especially when you use a class boost on them

    Arena's. Faster to milestones if you use boost. Use a class power boost also, and refresh your top boosted champs to take advantage of the higher points
