Ban disfunction

I got a week ban today for no reason. No 3rd party programs used at all, no bugs exploitation nothing. I inquired about the issue and they responded that they have multiple complaints. It’s been 8 hours now with no updates. Anyone else having the same problem ?

    Wait for them to finish their investigation once that’s done they’ll let you know what’s what

    A 10 hours ( and counting ) ban at high end is very damaging to the progress. I made a lot of in game purchases because I take the game seriously. They can’t expect us to take the game seriously when they do such mistakes with no remedies. This is very upsetting to say the least
