I have seen many champions that people disregard as useless and some of them are she-hulk, red hulk, and etc. What are ur thoughts on underrated champions?
Straight up I think there are a ton of underestimated champs. I play every last one to see what they can do. A good synergy build helps. But I hear all the time that "this champ sucks!" And "that champ sucks!" I think prestige and deciding not to experiment with 3 star versions until you get a 4 or 5 leads many to just skip over even playing with a champ. I hear how "this champ is now obsolete!" Never found that to be the case...maybe not the best choice for aq or aw but maybe they would be...I think many look purely at the champs stats by himself and don't really look close at synergy just prestige and independent power. Take a few risks...why not? It is a game after all...
@Rap There are several champs that do suck. haha. but really the obsolete champs arent obsolete because they suck, but because there is a champ with the same "best" qualities, with other qualities to make them better. Iron man family comes to mind. There is very little to separate them besides armor and damage. Easy to say one is obsolete, but not necessarily trash level champion
Hulk buster is the WORST of all.
It is just a fat trashcan
People don't like Venom, but i think he is good . He doesn't have to be a god tier you know, he is an OK-Tier and i like his animations.
Carnage needs a crazy buff, his healing factor must be more powerful than wolverine's and yet he doesn't even have a healing ability in game... And his Axes, the guys Has freaking AXES, increase his bleed damage OMG
AAAND Magneto, c'mon he came here to find his mutant followers, to gain the power of iso sphere, but in the end he just became the toilet paper of our team... You are better than this kabam please... buff them...
BUFF THE HULKBUSTER MAKE HIM A GOD TIER GODDAMIT MAKE PEOPLE WHO DELETED HIM CRY
I was surprised to discover that Civil Warrior is one of my best champions. I think he is consistently underrated, but has a ton of utility:
1) His Heal Block is incredible. You can apply it immediately with a heavy attack and then lock it by chaining specials, making matches like Wolverine, Iron Man or Deadpool a breeze.
2) His Power Drain is also useful in a lot of boss fights when you're dealing w power gain nodes... And you can use it to reapply the heal-block.
3) His Armor Ups are also surprisingly useful, and not just for reducing normal damage... With 15% poison and bleed resistance per armor stack, and the special one adding 4 stacks for 7 seconds, this means you can throw on a 60% resistance as soon as you get hit w one of these debuffs and prevent a ton of damage (while also extending the heal block). Again, great against wolvie.
4) I don't really use the sp3, but I should mention it also has a power lock, which plays into his power control mechanics.
I realize you can get these abilities from other champs, but all in one package, good unduped, and in the tech class, he's definitely my go-to champ for heal block and more. I also like that he's one of the original characters designed for this game. And his damage isn't terrible... Kinda middle of the road... For me, he should be in the demigod tier.
Anyone else think Civil Warrior is severely underrated?
I agree - CW has been my go-to tech champ for ages (unduped 4*); largely because he's fairly tough, is well animated and has power drain; plus he has decent synergies. I use him in a team with CAWW2, Wolverine, Guilly and WAS; and the team stacks up over 1000 base armour bonus!
Winter Soldier is my other main underrated champ. I think he gets considered rubbish because people use him for target practice and potion farming in RoL. It's easy to knock what could be considered the most unreliable power drain in the contest; but it does come in handy (and is a lot better than his old Sig was - regeneration 'Torment', anyone?) But it's his damage potential that's really impressive; particularly if you hold back specials for when his Fury is active. Don't believe me? Read his abilities, then consider what a 45% Fury boost and 100% Hollowpoint bonus does to the Bleed damage from his SP3.
Armour piercing and incendiary rounds make him useful (albeit less so) against perfect blockers and robots.
Power control is a giant-slaying trait in this game.
Would like to ask if anyone knows for sure, if Civil Warrior's SP2 is a 100% chance for power drain? I have not been using him, but am increasingly noticing his awesomeness=)
I've always thought some champions are underrated especially blackbolt, until i used him in arena.
Some champions are quite bad in the game but when you use them you may find them useful in some areas and quests
OML, especially Duped highly. Phoenix, get her to 10 Fury and she's golden. Spider-Gwen, has had a bad rap and a damageless L1 forever but does some serious Damage with Armor Break stacked and Precision (Crit). OGBP, stacks Bleeds of 10 or more, nuff said. I'm sure I could think of more.

Yes, he has 100% chance to power drain with his S2 and S3 (unless fighting someone like Magneto or Ant-Man).
Since your opponents get around 50% more power for being hit than you do for hitting them, this fairly reliably sets up his S2 to take out your opponent's S3. And repeat...
Beast. One of my faves. (When he works right that is.)
Yesterday i tried for a featured Blade crystal, maybe i can have some decent pulls. I ended up with Beast and quiet frankly i'm not fan of him. Does he need to be duped to be good?
Mordo and Winter Soldier. Might have something to do with the fact that they’re my highest ranked 5*’s so I use them a lot but they are both solid champs for questing.
Not God tier but I really like using both of them. Especially Winter Soldier when he’s awakened.
Definitely Civil Warrior - Rugged and sp2 power drain is formidable. Heal block is easy and reliable to force.
Drax is tanky also, Bleed stacking, fury stacking, and that double hit he has works well on the evaders.
Moon Knight - he is so fast, stuns often, bleeds with extended time, crits often. Smooth to play
Spidergwen! People are turned off by her uselss l1, but most of the time people use one special on a character anyways. Like who uses an l1 on magik? SG hits hard awakened and he move set is on point.
Psylocke never gets suggested when it comes to power controlling but she's got one of the best power control in the game barring you're somewhat skilled and can control your own power bar properly and not get hit.
Another one is Ant-Man. Mind you, he's not great against Poison Immunity. He has a survivability factor. When his Sig is high, he can Glance off the majority of Damage. That comes in handy in tougher Fights.

I just wish he hit as hard as his MCU wife...
Dr. Zola
thora: the chain stun is awesome, i really like her, but only duped
