I hope that what happened to me does not happen to any of you guys.

This letter is to Kabam higher management:

This is just to let you know that after spending several hundreds dollars a month on your product which I intended to keep doing to continue my fast track progress I received a week ban with no explanation whatsoever. I am confident that I did not use 3rd party programs or services and did not manipulate the system in anyway aside from buying legitimate in game products from you directly. I did not ever share my account information with anyone and my phone records and battery usage show that I solely played the game on my phone. I was expecting a quick reinstatement with proper in game compensation for time lost. Your decision to not even have the courtesy to provide even a category of the alleged agreement breach means I can never feel safe spending money on your product again. You can keep your product away as I will be deleting the game and will never return again. You have lost a sizable revenue for no reason. I do not appreciate wasting my time and money and will always make sure to be a permenant adversary to your company and product in media and everywhere else. I am also a healthcare professional and will be seeking advice regarding legal remedies since my state law supersedes some agreements when actual sizable financial damage is incurred as in this case.

They say they won’t provide any information about their decision. They will have to do so when there is a subpoena. I did speak to my attorney and awaiting his advice.

But... they don't ban for a reason, and definitely not for spending money...

So something's happened let's be honest dude

If you are serious about legal action, please keep us up to date. Kabam makes a lot of mistakes, so its not to hard to belive that out of millions of players, they would Accidentally ban a honest player due to bad automation.

I assure you I did not do anything wrong. I never used a third party program or shared my account. Why would I spend this much money if I was hacking in the first place ? They have records of my purchases a bit they did not even care to investigate !

Of course I’m serious and if there are enough consumers who spent money and had the same happened to them we can possibly have a class action lawsuit

Lol, he's serious guys. He has suffered financially!

Ive heard about this happening on IJ2, justice 2. They banned a buch of people even, legitament you tube gamers and so far they never got a reply on thier ban appeal.

Empty threats of legal action get nowhere. If you really think coming to the forums and spamming it with something like that will work then you grossly over-calculated your consumer purchasing power. No person seriously considering legal action would spam the forums and thus give Kabam an additional avenue of discovery. ;)

Have fun trying to sue a company like Kabam

Filing a legal action does carry a risk. I may or may not get attorney fees back. So of course I would rather avoid it if possible. It is not a threat but more of a last attempt and further documentation of their wrong doing and inconsideration.

It happened with me as well, I have spent around $1000 in last 2 months, and I am sure I haven't violated any TOS, neither did use any hack or software or account sharing, yet they have suspended me for a week without giving any proper reason. All I got is a reply from Bot and threats of getting banned from moderators here in forum. I haven't even completed Road to labyrinth or Realm of Legends. He'll, I wasn't even able to complete boss rush or gold bloom challenge. This can be evident in my profile. Yet these morons suspended me for a week without any proper cause and hide behind security reason **** for not providing any information.

This deserves a community outrage. Some people are sitting here laughing and they don’t understand that this could happen to them as well and all their hard work and money can go to waste!

There is a common denominator between us and that is spending a lot of money. So they are shooting themselves in the foot with automated replies. This is not an individual account problem but a serious community concern that deserves proper investigation.

Because of some idiots using hacks and doing all kind of ****, people like us victimized.

There are consumer laws and if you are successful the court will order attorney fees. I am pretty sure if they truly investigated the algorithm that caused the ban they will find out it was unjust and back off quickly before it is brought up in court. The fact that they do not have the respect to do so is infuriating enough to want to throw some good money after bad to get some justice.

How do you get a proper response from them, they do not have any customer care no and online they have deployed bots.
    Most unprofessional customer care system

You won't be able to sue them over it. It's covered in their terms of use that you are using their product, and they reserve the right to do whatever they want, whenever they want, for whatever reason they want...

That’s not true. The law is complicated. They have these terms to deter people from attempting. State laws supersedes agreements when possible consumer fraud is present. I agreed to the terms, I never violated them, the burden of proof is on them in the court of law.

Except for the line in the agreement that says you agree that they may terminate your account for any reason. It's blatantly there for cases such as this, where the company simply has to state they decided to terminate the account, if, in the end, the company chooses not to reinstate the account.

If I were an US citizen, I would have definitely sued them, if they are taking our money then they are obliged to answer and provide proper reason and proof.
