Side quest not giving rewards?

So hear me out. I swear going into today I had 2900ish 5* shards. And I know during the event I went 1 path with 300 shards. But after it still lists me at 2.9k shards. I plan to take screenshots next time to better judge it, but figured I'd ask if anyone has noticed this?

    yeah i played epic yesterday but there was no reward after.

    Hi kabam. I didn't get my legendary crystal in side quest of April 2021 even after completing the objective for the same. Kindly resolve this issue.
