Persistent charges

I know this is beating a dead horse at this point but I'm wondering is there any sort of update here? I'm trying to run the side quest and can't get the persistent charges back after a dozen app restarts. I'm not really sure what im supposed to do here, same issue in AQ where I'm using champs with persistent charges, had them at the start and now they're gone. After that many resets how am I supposed to play using champs who rely on these charges when I can't get them back?

U need to keep it in one place so post what ur experiencing here on what kabam wants u to do so they can just update in one place than multiple of the same threads
