I redeemed my points for a Mangog starter bundle and never received it

I have the confirmation email and pics of everything and support is telling me they can’t validate it.
What do I do? I showed them the confirmation email and a screen shot of the post redemption window.

    If this is in relation to Marvel Insider, they're the ones that handle their own promotions. You will have to contact them.

    Same....I had to email them....screenshot my summoner name etc. They sent it to me two days ago after all that.....onlinesupport@marvel.com I believe is the email

    Same....I had to email them....screenshot my summoner name etc. They sent it to me two days ago after all that.....onlinesupport@marvel.com I believe is the email
