Odin's L2 cap lower than in description

In his description, the cap for Odin's extra damage on the l2 for a 5 star r5 is 200k. In LoL (where that cap should be hit every time because of the health pools) the damage is 160k exactly, seemingly capped there.

    Since I don't think I can delete this, I'll just put here that I completely misread his description, and that he's working fine.
