Are players like us getting war compensations??

AS you read on the title, when game becomes unplayable by lag (and controls don't respond, while your character just keep spamming heavies and got comboe'd by that) Even with a unfair lose you even don't do ANY damage, lose an attack bonus and gives their an deffense bonus.
This lag is happening a lot with the Thing and Professor X 1st SP. Which make map 4 boss unplayable at least for me. Please fix your updae ASAP and give some war season compensations for those like me who are losing unfairly by things we can't control.
