Who would you rank up?

Who to rank up? Can rank 4* to 5 or 5* dormammu to 3
Just pulled durmmamo and hes only my third 5* and the last one was spidey, so wondering if he is worth it so i would also have another 5*

    Assuming you are in act 5, rank up Doctor Voodoo, then Sym Supreme, then Dormammu.
    DV has good damage and good power drain+heal+nullify, Sym Supreme is a god in matches with a lot of buffs and destroys, and Dormammu has better power drain than Voodoo and decent damage, plus he is double immune and can heal decently

    You are correct, but im actually mostly looking right now to boost my chances in the 10 ring side quest
