    I don’t think he should be able to. Is it triggering when Yellowjacket is hitting into your block? I think that’s a bug but I don’t know enough about Yellowjacket to be sure.

    Think thats a bug as slow cant be on proper disadvantage champs and its via heavy

    Depends on where he is fighting. In arena, it will apply. It wont apply in other places.

    It is arena
    He did heavy and I got slow for some reason
    And couldn't go unstoppable
