Wolverine not regenerating if under 1 bar of power

I am trying Carinàs challenge with wolverine and found wolverine is unable to regen correctly if under 1 bar of power !

As soon as the first bar of power is filled the regen work again

There is nothing in wolverine’s description about that and the node do not block healing

    It says his healing is based off his power bar if he is below 1 bar he has no power hence no regen. I may be wrong but that’s my best guess.

    My wolverine heals under a full bar of power as long as there is at least some power. Obviously it isn't much that low but he does heal a little.

    In the screenshot you’re at 0, you won’t heal at 0, show him with more than 0 not healing

    I think everyone here is confused with the first post where the dude said below one bar of power.

    Wolverine should heal even without 1bar of power. I always take wolverine to sp3 and never use it. This way he regen more health...but he should heal even if you have no power, I am sure of this. If I remember correctly, the power you have, the better the healing is.

    Yes, he said below one bar of power - I'm just clearing up that he DOES regen below one bar of power (not zero power), and the magnitude of his healing depends on how much power he has.
