How to get Admins (KABAM) response (Do I need to buy any premium membership)?

Hi
I am new to this forum.
I have posted 1 Issue here regarding migrating my Google Play Account data to Kabam ID but I think they did't even bother to look what is the issue I am facing.

So, do I need to buy any premium membership ( i.e. summoner sigil ) to get their attention?
because when I mail them regarding my issue this is what they ( looks like BOT or Auto-Generated-Mail )

    You don't need to purchase any membership. Go to settings in-game scroll down and click support. Then submit a ticket. I have reached out to support about 7 times and 6/7 times they reached out under 24h took about 30h the other time and this is coming from a F2P player.

    Yea delete the image.
    And no, you don't need any premium memebership. Be sure you sent your support ticket from the correct site, they recently changed their support systems.

    I have followed same process but dont know why i ended up with NEW ACCOUNT, let me try that ticket thing. hopefully that resolve my issue.

    First of all, this issue cant be solved by Mods here. You have to contact support.

    Secondly it seems like you directly mail the support instead of sending a ticket from In game, which is why you got the auto-generated message.

    Finally, this thread will be closed, since you aren't allowed to discuss account issues here on forums.
