    Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Sentinel work? He's poison immune, can heal block, and he's a villain

    Just checked. Yes Sentinel is poison immune and so I Gulk. Not sure which one will be better for crossbones.

    He shrugs the heal block. At r4 or r5 he may work tho.
    I think I can take him to R4.

    Mysterio poison immune and a heavy hitter. Mediums upto 3 charges. Drop your sp3, repeat 3 more charges and hits like a tank

    Yes. Use Sentinel, and maybe apply the White Mags prefight so Crossbones can't shrug stuns

    Probably not what you want to hear but I done it using Venom and units.. use SP1 to siphon back the regen and just do as much damage as possible.

    Sentinel, rank him up and spam sp1, that's it.

    Second place will be mysterio, rank him upp and keep doing MLLLL , fire sp1 whenever u can as it might help you if u male a mistake and survive it, it'll reflect whatever damage u take.
