Can somebody explain to me why the 4 star R1 awaken ability is higher than the 5 star R4

Because 4star is 30% of max sig and 5star is 15% of max sig

The max level of sigs for 4 star are 99, which means a lot of the percentile could come under few sigs.
Meanwhile the 5 star needs 200 to be maxed, which, is quite the opposite.

4 star sig maxes out at 99, 5 star sig maxes out at 200. So, the sig ability scales accordingly.

You only focus on the % number but ignoring the different sig level between 5* (200) vs 4* (99).
