Shang chi arena 3 and 4 star acting like basics champs

Got no iso or the 8/20 sigs from 3 and 4 star on the second go around if this this is the exact reason I'm not doing falcon arena coz I don't care for a single sig and can't go full milestones on both yet. Can someone at kabam please get this checked

    This has been going on for months now and only way to fix it is support can u look into this kabam and see why its acting as a basic and not a full dup on a featured champ

    Is this not how you request for support from kabam I pressed in-game and this site was opened while kabam forums is not new to me this is the first time I have taken to post something coz I didn't find the issue already here . Is there some other way as well???

    On the cog tap support as this is the forums page that u can enter via the cog aswell but kabam can look into this anyway on why its happening since as said been like it for months
