How many of the posts here are trolls? I really hope that no one really thinks that he sucks
I actually thought he was overrated at one point. But listen, we all have our “foot in mouth” moments.
Now he’s considered top 5 easily to me.
My current foot in mouth statement is: Quake is no longer the meta shaking champ.
Feel free to drop me a dislike on the way out. Also Vote for Guillotine.
i both agree and disagree with you. i disagree with you when you say that quake is no longer the meta shaking champ, because she is. i do agree with you when i think you imply that there are better champs for a lot of nodes. there were time where i would just look for a path in act 6 that i could quake. now, i rarely use her in my act 7 exploration. there are better champs for so many different nodes, defenders, and scenarios. plus, other champs end fights a lot quicker than she does.

That's just because very little of Act 7 is built to challenge the playerbase enough so that they think quake is the best option.
If you look back and act 6, a lot of it is multiple nodes that make a fight so complex that quake is an easy option. You had the champion as one layer of complexity, then 2 or 3 nodes that add extra layers, Quake counters so much that she's good for that. Any other champ has to be very specific in what they counter.
In act 7, most paths have one identity, and one challenging node. That makes it pretty easy to bring a counter for. Now you only really need to bring a champion that counters the complexity of the node, and of the champion.
Also he constantly calls in air support with his spl1. In a time where we must be more environmentally conscious. Groot is leaps and bounds ahead of him. Sad to see so much potential wasted....
