7 Day Beginner Buff

Hello, i have decided to open a new acc, to test the difference between crystal drops and enjoy beginner arena brackets,
but i couldn't get the new account buff, i have tried like 6 times, none of thoose accs get the buff.
Can someone explain me why?

    Isn't it just a 7 day XP boost? What do you mean you tried like 6 times lol

    There are two buffs, one of them gives %30 more battle chips exp and gold or something,
    I have created 6 accounts to see if it works xd

    no , only xp boost

    i have tried 10 more accounts, here is the result
    4 of them got a yellow boost %30 exp battle chips and gold, and also 7 days exp boost,
    6 of them get only 7 day exp...

    So there is a problem, or kabam just gives boosts randomly
