Venom Vs spider man boss EQ

in Bugs and Known Issues
I'm in the cavalier EQ and using venom vs spiderman and spiderman keeps evading. I know venom prevents all PASSIVE evades from #spider-verse heros and spiderman isnt getting an evade buff. Is this suppose to happen? And how is this happening? Is it the +60% grade ability accuracy? Because he is still passively evading.
