7.2.2 Aarkus

What are my options for the footloose/oscillate aarkus on 7.2.2. I don’t have Doom. Been trying to handle the fight with Claire, but can’t get oscillate and his power gain to cooperate with an s2 rotation to nullify his buffs.

    There comes a point though where he’s just spamming S1 and staying unstoppable with evade chance because the power gain is too much

    Try bringing the 5 best champions in your roster to counter that fight, and then swap out one champion for a boss counter and solo the boss

    Why not try Tigra?
    If you can play good enough, wouldn't the Neutralize just pave way for you? [When opponent is neutralized, they have -100% buff AA]

    And I'm not sure if this would work, but what about Proxima? -200 OAAR while blocking, right?
    Or simply Longshot? Build those bad karma's soon, and you'll gain power as much as him, and just SP2 to make burst damage?
    Voodoo? Just spam SP1?

    @The_beast123 Tigra can't do it cause of aarkus tenacity and coldsnap, You won't be able to be far from him cause you will need to constantly apply neutralises and if you be close to him, you will get coldsnap.
    Although it will be a 30 second fight if jabari is a member.

    With Claire I can nullify the initial power gain buff. Tigra can’t (unless jabari synergy, which I don’t have). Still learning Tigra, so that was going to take play beyond my current capabilities anyway. I was able to get a decent run with Claire and then unitman the rest. Was getting fed up...

    It's far easier to manage distance with champs like Claire than tigra. With tigra you NEED to be close to him otherwise you will give him power gain. Although jabari makes Aarkus Tigra food but Tigra can't do it without her. Case is different with hyperion.

    If you have a ranked up Sasquatch he should be ideal for the fight he is armor break immune and 90% resistant to cold snap just would probably need a revive after getting a good sp2 off and I think while I’m wraith you can power control a little bit
