Incursion milestones rewards are bugged

I am a below level 40 player & having only 1 champ as 5*... My incursion sectors r sec 3-4 but this time my incursion milestones r from tier 1... My 1st milestone is 6k & i need to score 18k to get all incursion shards... I somehow completed all 10 zones of sec4 then i found my milestones rewards r bugged...its showing tier 1 rewards... Requirement for tier1 is 8 champs as 6* & i have 0... 😐😐😐
