Half health due to game loading issues.

First two fights loaded no problem, went into the 3rd and I get a loading screen that wouldn't go away forcing me to reset. Of course I come back to half health and a death counted against me do to poor servers and constant bugs.
I don't think players should be penalized when the game crashes or over bugs and server issues. I have a very good internet connection as we so I know the issue is not on my end. I had items used already and wasted them thanks to this issue and I'll likely have to use more to heal my champ that should have had full health. It's not just a issue with this in war but also in aq. Always has been sad how we lose half our health if we are forced to reset and the game wouldn't even load like it should.

    The game engine was working last Summer. Whatever update was pushed on us in August 2020 messed up a lot of things and, to my knowledge, nobody has claimed responsibility. This reflects very poorly on Kabam senior guys. We need an acknowledgment of what took place, what had been shown to be affected, and a timeline and a roadmap of how things are planned to be fixed. Without this, hiding behind please submit your complaint in the dedicated thread severely damages Kabam reputation and alienates player base. We don't need tier one customer support reps deflecting growing player frustration, we need senior Kabam guys stepping in and do some explanation asap.
