    Actually after 6 mons she is, they said sigil is the only way for 6 mons. After that there will be other ways to get her when they release the info later date

    It said she won’t be available in a different place for at least 6 months (December update at the earliest). She should still be in the store “forever”

    Sigil Witch is to the Black-Iso market what Unstoppable Colossus is to the Loyalty store. They’re permanent wares. Sigil Witch is different only in that she will eventually become available through other means in addition to her store presence.
