Network Problems during Legends Run

Dear Kabam,

Your network is having intermittent problems and disrupting my legends run. I started 1 and a half hours ago and now am being severely delayed as I have been trying to log in for the last 10 minutes. I have spent units buying energy refills and 30% boosts (2 were used). How is this fair. I demand an explanation and compensation as a result of this. I have spent time and energy, and planned 3 months for this event, and now it seems I will fail to get the Legends title, being no fault of mine.

    You’re fault for being noob doing a legend run so soon after an update. Everyone knows the game is buggy after an update.

    You never do a legends run the first few days an event quest comes out cos this happens almost every month lol

    I got stuck the same way...... Right in the middle of my run got disconnected. I agree that this is not acceptable

    When it's back up and running continue the run as best you can. They take into account the down time when working out legend run times. As for the items and units used all you can do is submit a ticket for them to look into it.. But I agree with the other posts here, you should never do a legend run until they have worked the starting bugs out.. Good luck.

    I connect on YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp and others apps, but not on the game, so there isn't any problem with my conection, but in the game

    Why doesnt Kabam throw out a free 5" crystal to players once in a while ... for remaining loyal to this game ... esp having suffered through countless interruptions due to countless server problems and faulty programming. It's not like they're paying anyone to create the 5*s ... sheesh.
