Can't log in to mcoc using WiFi

For the past few months, I am unable to log in to mcoc using my WiFi. I have to use my mobile data and I have terrible reception at home. My WiFi works just fine for everything else. Is anyone else experiencing this? Pls, help me fix this issue.

    Device and Game Information:
    I am using Samsung On8, running on Android v7.0 and the game version is 31.0.1
    I have been facing this issue for the last 3 months

    Additional Information:
    This is not a problem with my device, as I have checked across 3 different devices running the latest android version and has the same problem.
    If I connect to a mobile hotspot and try to log in to the game, it works. It only doesn't work if I try to log in when I'm connected to my home WiFi.
    I had been playing the game for about a year on the same WiFi network and had no problems.

    I hope yall look into this as soon as possible and come up with a fix...

    Man... I haven't changed any router settings too. Like one day it was working and the next it stopped.

    I have had the same issue. Popped out of nowhere, previously I could not log in with mobile data and only WiFi worked but now I can only use mobile data while WiFi does not work

    Yea I think version 8 and below is outdated now same thing happened to me would not show up in the play store.

    I don't think this is a device problem as the problem still persists when I tried using another device (Samsung M31s)

    Device Operating System: Android v7.0

    Mobile Carrier: Airtel or Vodafone

    Cellular or WiFi: This issue only happens when I'm connected to my home WiFi (BSNL). If I'm connected to a mobile hotspot, there are no problems.

    Game Version Installed: 31.0.1

    Description of the Issue: I can't log in to the game when I am connected to my home Wifi network. I can log in only if I use mobile data or if I'm connected to a mobile hotspot. I started experiencing this issue about 3 months ago. Since that time I haven't been able to play the game on WiFi. Before that, I had no issue playing on the same WiFi network. But if I connect to a different WiFi network like a mobile hotspot, the game works just fine. It is very inconvenient because I get very bad reception at home.
