Game wont load

in Bugs and Known Issues
Im an A50 android user and it wont let me log in, I tried switching between wifi and data but im still getting the disconnection sign, if anyone has any tips on fixing this issue please feel free to reply, im in kind of panicking here at this point since its the middle of aq and i dont want to let my team down, once again if anyone has any tips please reply, thanx :)

    restart your phone or restart the router or restart the game. That's all I can think of

    or uninstall google play games
