Wish crystal question, sort of

Do you guys think we'll ever actually see a crystal or reward that lets us fully choose a single champion we want? I realize this sort of ruins the rng aspect of the game but I feel like allowing players to earn something like this once in awhile wouldn't be such a bad thing. I would trade in my last 20 6-star pulls for a single champion if I was allowed to as they have all been extremely undesirable. It is just disheartening to do a bunch of work in terms of content and then continuously get champions you don't want. Devising a system for this would be a great way to keep people happy while they're working towards something concrete.
