Based on week 1's Rogue I'm taking a stab at guessing that week 2's boss will be:

Annihilus, with debuff immune, unblockable, unstoppable, mix master, 60% more chance to evade, immune to nullify and armor breaks.... With 2000% health and 500% attack.... and we can only use 1* Hulk..

SUMMER OF PAIN!!!!

    Its supposed to be fights that were alrrady in the game at some point, with small changes and more HP.

    So, act 4 Juggernaut pre-nerf might show up.

    He'll probably be v5 venom but harder. Venom nearly ALWAYS has energize node
    and he’s always got that anamesis node or whatever it is that lets him stack 20 buffs

    I'm pretty sure Moon Knight will be in there too at some point, judging by the huge crescent moon in the background.

    Mysterio with acid wash or whatever. Where you have to poison him to damage him. King groot fight.

    The one before they changed it needed to Armor Break him and Poison him I think. At the time only King Groot and Man-Thing could do it.
