Proposed Overseer Tweak

As we’ve seen in the latest videos, Overseer seems to underdeliver. What do you guys think of this proposed change to his kit:

Instead of the 10% special ability accuracy reductation per debuff, it’s changed to an overall 10% ability accuracy reduction maxing out at 10 stacks.

With this change, he would be a monster in longer fights and a threat on defense. The tradeoff is this ramp up time and it functions similar to Falcon’s lock-on once fully ramped up.

    Let's just see what he can do before we judge him. I remember some CCP members seeming really underwhelmed with the Falcon buff initially, before everyone realized exactly how bonkers he had become when you played him right. There is no need to rush to judgement before anyone not affiliated with the CCP has even played him (he hasn't even had a round of arena, right?).

    Eh, karatemike did a pretty solid video on him, he seems like a defensive champion.
