Should I put 1 mastery point in Mystic Dispersion?

I have only 1 mastery point available. Should I invest it in Mystic Dispersion? I have read on forums that MD is essential. Please guide me.
Please give reasons too for your choice. Thanks in advance

    @winterthur I have 1 mastery point which is my last one. My options are greater strength or Mystic Dispersion... That's why I asked here...

    @Crcrcrc I can invest only 1 in MD as it is my last mastery point available. That's why I asked if 1 mastery point is worth investing in MD? Or should I put it in Greater Strength? GS increases base attack of all attackers by 1.6%. GS is having only 1 mastery point at the moment while MD is having 0.

    I would use it on Greater Strength as it will at least benefit all champs (including Mystic) rather than Mystic.

    3 points is the bare minimum. Anything less just ain't worth it imo.
