Question about the Kabam account

Hello I'm asking this for an alliance mate of mine who can't speak English. I ask the community or maybe the mods if they can help. The problem: this alliance mate of mine created a Kabam id with an old email and now he's locked out of that email. He also doesn't even remember the password for his kabam account. Is there any way for him to recover the current password for his kabam account? Because as things stand if his phone breaks his account is lost. He will be locked out of it because he knows the email address but not the password
