The “Help” button ? (it's not a “reset”)
When you Help, they are on cooldown and moved to bottom of your list because you can not use them again for a while. (but playing for over a year, that part should be known already)
Gone ? They are still there in your pic.
Yes you can do Screen Recording. Game does not prevent it, just need to know how to do it for your particular device.
Recent changes allow for FILTERING (by Stars, Class, etc) to be saved from one round to the next within being in arena. So if you filtered by 6* to pick couple champs, then switched to 4* to pick low end champ for an unbalanced team. Then next round selection will still be filtered by just showing 4* (because you never “un-filtered” it to be able to see 6* again). Etc.
