Account hacked

in Bugs and Known Issues
I started the game on July 2, 2021 and noticed that each and every item and crystal was missing including Gold amd units too. I contacted kabam support and they said my account was hacked. I asked to refund my items and till now they returned me nothing. Than why there is Kabam Support if u guys can do nothing. The items included 1200+ crystals, 6* and 5* Awakening gem used on worst champs, Lots of tier 4 and basic catalysts, 5* signature stones used on worst champs and 15 Million Gold with 500k+ Loyalty and 114 units. Not talking about potions tho.
Can I please get my items back that I never spent or were hacked or Simply say No. Kabam is just delaying and at the end they will simply say That They can't return, Sorry.

    So I'm guessing you probably bought an account, and the original owner decided to screw with you.

    I am the sole owner of account and playing since February 2018. Than also account wad hacked and that's why I am shocked.

    So in the original post you said you started July 2, 2021. Now you started 2 years ago? Which is it?
